We’re excited to announce the onboarding of a new client project, set to begin early next month. With preparations already underway, our focus remains on delivering a streamlined process, clear communication, and a standout end product.
To ensure timelines are met and expectations exceeded, each client project is supported by dedicated project management. Once the project begins, clients will be introduced to Caroline, our experienced project manager. Caroline’s role is to coordinate milestones, maintain clarity across all deliverables, and uphold our commitment to responding to emails within 24 hours.
A key part of the delivery includes product entry and other technical tasks, managed by our trusted offshore team. “I’ve worked with them for over 10 years across a wide range of projects,” says Flo, our lead developer. “Their work is consistently reliable and high quality — I have full confidence in their ability to deliver.”
An invoice for the initial phase will be issued by the end of the week, aligning with EOFY planning. Project work officially starts from July 7, but we’re already scheduling our kickoff meeting to ensure momentum from day one.
One small adjustment has been made to the final payment structure. The remaining 50% will now be split into two equal parts: the first 25% is due when the review phase begins — once the major development and data population is complete — and the final 25% upon website launch.
